Mafany Victor Ngando is the Director of Kinsmen Humanitarian Foundation, a Constitutional Lawyer, Human Rights Activist, Pro-Democracy Campaigner, a Lawyer in Cameroon, Voice of the People (VOP), Notary Public of Cameroon, Pan-Africanist and a Motivational Speaker.

Mafany has handled many epochal cases thus helping enthrone a favourable climate for the sustenance of human rights, democracy, good governance and the rule of law.

Mafany has received over 20 awards and honours, both locally and internationally. He holds the honorary Bachelor of Laws (LL. D), Diploma in Diplomacy Peace and Conflict Management, a certified Associate Arbitrator and an International Ambassador of Peace.

Amongst others, Mafany is a Member of the Cameroon Bar Association, The Nigerian Bar Association, Associate Chattered Arbitrators UK (ACI-Arb), Member of African Bar Association, Member of World Consumer Forum, Member of the International Social Service.
