DORIS NGANDO is the Programs and Administrative Coordinator of the Kinsmen Humanitarian Foundation. She is a motivated, personable business professional with more than 7 years of experience as a project manager, operations manager, business development and innovations officer. She is a strategic and target driven individual in overseeing the technical implementation of complex projects, products, business operations and other strategic initiatives across an organization.
Doris is a Certified Associate project manager (CAPM) from the project management institute of the USA, a member of the Project management Institute Cameroon chapter, a holder of a BSc. in Management and a Master student in Business Management at the University of Nigeria Nsukka. Her hard work and devotion in administration, team building, project management methodologies and implementation, agile frameworks and organizational change management have earned her both national and international recognition.
